Franchise Business Consultant – International

About the role

The Franchise Business Consultant provides support and coaching to franchise and license‑operated restaurant locations across an assigned territory. Acting as a liaison between franchisees and the Company, the role helps maximise sales, profits and ensures compliance with operational standards and trademark integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and development advice to franchisees.
• Execute the Company’s strategic plan and operational performance standards.
• Conduct franchise business reviews, create and monitor action plans.
• Perform operational evaluations, identify business opportunities and implement sales and cost control solutions.
• Support service standards, product quality, training, safety, sanitation and new restaurant openings.
• Assist with restaurant development, including sub‑market analysis, site approval and kitchen design.
• Help franchisees develop systematic training programs and provide opening assistance.
• Communicate changes in Company specifications and procedures.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, meetings and conference calls to stay current on industry trends.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.

Required profile

• Approximately six years of experience in restaurant operations, franchise management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of meeting operational goals, building sales and maximising profits.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to enforce quality standards, measure effectiveness and drive process improvements.
• High work ethic, confidentiality and ability to maintain relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise management.
• Experience with operational reviews, financial analysis and cost control.
• Familiarity with service standards, product quality control, training and safety protocols.
