Freight Business Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Freight Business Development Representative to generate pipeline and early‑stage opportunities for a U.S. logistics and supply‑chain technology provider. The role is fully remote for candidates located in LATAM and works on U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone and other channels to engage supply‑chain and logistics decision‑makers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand customer pain points and articulate the value of tech‑driven freight visibility solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for senior sales or leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in the CRM, tracking activities and next steps.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, ideal‑customer‑profile targeting and outreach sequences.
• Provide feedback from prospect interactions to support campaign and content alignment.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics to inform outreach strategy.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales development or outbound BDR roles with a proven quota‑meeting record.
• Direct experience selling to or working with U.S.‑based companies.
• Solid understanding of the supply‑chain industry, especially freight forwarding.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
