Frontend Developer

About the role

Mindgruve, a global digital agency, is looking for a Frontend Developer to join its Product Engineering team. You will turn product requirements and Figma designs into high‑quality, responsive web applications that drive user engagement and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Translate product requirements and Figma designs into production‑ready interfaces.
• Create and maintain reusable UI components that follow the company’s design system.
• Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and performance across multiple branded experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.

Required profile

• Early‑to‑mid‑level engineer seeking structured mentorship and progressive ownership of features.
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to work closely with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to interpret design specifications and deliver high‑quality UI implementations.
