Frontend Software Development Engineer (Remote – Mexico)

About the role

Zillow’s Mexico team is looking for a Frontend Software Development Engineer to join a collaborative, multi‑functional group that builds web and mobile web experiences for home buyers, sellers and renters. This is a remote (teleworker) position based anywhere in Mexico, with occasional travel to Mexico City for team events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery and ongoing support of frontend projects.
• Contribute to the design of new features and product enhancements.
• Review peer code and champion standard development methodologies.
• Facilitate engineering discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an inclusive, energetic environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software development experience or equivalent transferable skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Authorized to work in Mexico.
• Recognized as a technical leader who raises standards for design, testing, code quality and maintainability.
