Full Stack Engineer (Hybrid) – Mexico City

About the role

ETAP is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join its Mexico City team. You will design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications that span cloud, database, and front‑end layers, using a diverse technology stack to deliver high‑performance, secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack web applications using TypeScript, C#, Node.js, and .NET Core.
• Build responsive front‑end experiences with Next.js, Blazor, and SvelteKit.
• Create and optimise REST and GraphQL APIs, applying caching strategies and HTTP best practices.
• Implement secure coding practices (OWASP, CSP, OAuth/OIDC, cookies/sessions, CORS).
• Develop Progressive Web Apps with offline capabilities, service workers, and push notifications.
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility (WCAG) and Core Web Vitals.
• Deploy and maintain solutions in Azure cloud environments.
• Work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL for data modelling, querying and optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering or full‑stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, C#, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as Next.js, Blazor or SvelteKit.
• Background building backend services using Node.js and/or .NET Core.
• Solid understanding of API development (REST/GraphQL) and HTTP fundamentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of web security standards and best practices.
