Full Stack .NET MVC Developer

About the role

Flex is looking for a Full Stack .NET MVC Developer to join its technology team at Flex North in Guadalajara. The role focuses on designing, building and maintaining web applications that automate business processes across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain web applications using .NET MVC framework.
• Create, optimize and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures and database objects.
• Build responsive user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Integrate external services and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with design, product and QA teams to improve user experience.
• Debug, troubleshoot and enhance application performance.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices and version control using Git.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T‑SQL and query optimization.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
• Intermediate level English communication skills.
