General Manager Executive Assistant

About the role

The General Manager Executive Assistant provides high‑level strategic administrative and operational support to the Head of Viatris Mexico and the broader leadership team. This position acts as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless communication, efficient time management, and confidentiality across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to the Head of Viatris Mexico, coordinating with senior leaders, direct reports, and external stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, anticipate conflicts, and prioritize meetings.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
• Provide administrative support such as meeting logistics, expense reporting, document preparation, correspondence handling, and visitor coordination.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and action items across functions.
• Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, team events, and stakeholder engagements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Anticipate executive needs, identify potential challenges, and implement proactive solutions.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
