Gerente de Control de Calidad

Objetivo Del Puesto:Garantizar la correcta implementación, ejecución y control del sistema de calidad en las plantas productivas, asegurando el cumplimiento de indicadores, estándares, metodologías y el uso eficiente de recursos. Coordinando el sistema de control de calidad en 3 plantas (6 naves productivas) y administrando los recursos del área, incluyendo presupuesto (operativo y de inversión) y personal (aproximadamente 63 colaboradores).Responsabilidades Clave:Gestionar el proceso de Control de Calidad de acuerdo a las políticas, reglamentos, procedimientos, especificaciones, métodos de prueba e instructivos establecidos, considerando los requisitos de cumplimiento en el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, para garantizar el correcto servicio de análisis y evaluación.Determinar la conformidad de materiales y productos a través de: Desarrollar los documentos del sistema de gestión, para garantizar la actualización y/o mejora de los mecanismos de control de calidad, especificaciones y métodos de prueba.Determinar el plan de muestreo, para obtener la muestra representativa a analizar de los materiales y productos en sus diferentes presentaciones o etapas del proceso.Supervisar los análisis, sus resultados e informes de liberación de materiales y productos, para asegurar su confiabilidad y la continuidad de los procesos.Atender las reclamaciones de producto terminado, para dar servicio al cliente cuando se requiera.Supervisar y controlar la identificación de productos y materiales no conformes, física y documentalmente, para evitar su uso, venta equivocada o mal intencionada.Administrar los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros, para mantener la operación del subproceso de control de calidad e implementar los proyectos de inversiónGestionar las actividades relacionadas con los sistemas de trabajo implantados en el departamento y en la empresa, para garantizar su desempeño y cumplimiento a los objetivos establecidos.Requisitos:Ingeniería Química (preferente) o Ingeniería Industrial con experiencia sólida en calidad.Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en control de calidad en planta, idealmente en operaciones multicentro.Inglés (70%).Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad y manejo de ERP (SAP u Oracle).Competencias: Liderazgo operativo, toma de decisiones, resolución de problemas, organización y enfoque en ejecución.Ubicación en Tepexpan, horario de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:30, con movilidad entre plantas.About Us:Here at PPG we make it happen, and we are looking for candidates of the highest integrity who share our values, with the commitment and drive to strive today to do better than yesterday – everyday.PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD™Through leadership in innovation, sustainability and color, PPG helps customers in industrial, transportation, consumer products, and construction markets and aftermarkets to enhance more surfaces in more ways than does any other company.
