About the role

The Manager of Demand Planning will lead a team of planners and an analyst to deliver accurate, consensus‑based depletion forecasts that feed into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing and Procurement partners, you will ensure the demand plan is credible, challenged, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the demand forecast using foundational machine‑learning models in partnership with the Data Science team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Growth Management and Beer Analytics to incorporate commercial insights into the forecast.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of demand planners, setting clear metrics and daily/weekly/monthly execution plans.
• Validate forecast accuracy, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Present demand plans and insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with long‑range business plans.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 5 years in Demand Planning.
• Proven leadership experience managing a high‑performing team.
• Cross‑functional experience across Commercial, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing or Procurement.
• Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business stories.
