Global Operations Director

About the role

The company, a leading international financial services firm, is expanding its global footprint and needs a senior leader to shape and scale its high‑volume, 24/7 operations across LATAM and Asia. Reporting to the C‑Suite, the Global Operations Director will drive operational excellence, transformation, and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve 24/7 international operations across multiple geographies.
• Consolidate resilient, efficient, and scalable global operational structures.
• Maintain high standards of operational control, continuity, compliance, and security in high‑volume transactional environments.
• Drive automation, digitalisation, advanced analytics and AI initiatives to boost efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Strengthen governance models, performance indicators, and global organisational capabilities.
• Manage high‑performing multicultural teams in fast‑growing settings.
• Partner with the C‑Suite to define and execute the global business strategy.
• Ensure financial sustainability and operational optimisation impacting profitability, productivity and customer experience.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience leading complex, large‑scale operations.
• Background in micro‑finance, financial services, transactional banking, fintech, payment processing, insurance or similar multi‑country environments.
• Proven track record in senior roles such as COO, Global Operations Director, VP/SVP Operations.
• Extensive experience managing multi‑country operations and complex global structures.
