Graphic Designer – Brand & Visual Communications

About the role

The Graphic Designer will craft visual solutions across print, packaging, environmental signage, brand style guides, advertising, motion graphics and video. Working closely with writers, production artists and the Design Manager, you will help drive the Herbalife brand’s visual identity worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and art‑direct marketing, event and sales materials for print, web, video and environmental branding.
• Ensure consistent application of the Herbalife brand across all touch points.
• Collaborate with writers, designers and cross‑functional teams to conceptualize ideas.
• Develop and maintain brand style guides and visual standards.
• Introduce industry best practices to regional teams.
• Partner with the Design Manager to execute creative vision and align with project strategies.
• Provide occasional art direction for sub‑team projects.
• Integrate copy and design into compelling solutions and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design experience in an agency, design firm or in‑house corporate environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills, able to handle overlapping deadlines.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality work.
