Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. The role focuses on creating high‑impact digital visual assets while leading a small design team. You will work closely with creative, marketing and development teams to deliver consistent brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end design process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop design strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create digital marketing collateral such as social media graphics, website assets, banners, email newsletters, infographics and other promotional materials.
• Set and maintain design standards, ensuring consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Conduct regular design reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders and external vendors to communicate concepts and ensure quality output.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design work, typography, layout and color theory.
• Leadership or managerial experience is a plus.
