Graphic Designer (Mexico & International Markets)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team, supporting both the Mexican market and international campaigns. The role involves producing and adapting visual and video assets that keep our brand consistent across a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design visual assets such as banners, social media content, digital ads, and marketing materials.
• Adapt creative assets from U.S. teams for local and international markets.
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms and paid media campaigns.
• Produce and edit video content, including short‑form clips and channel‑specific adaptations.
• Design commercial and sales materials like flyers, brochures, and mini product catalogs.
• Create retail assets including displays, stands, in‑store materials, and point‑of‑sale elements.
• Resize and adapt digital assets to meet platform specifications (dimensions, file size, resolution, formats).
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs and channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, e‑commerce, and sales teams to meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience in graphic design and visual content creation.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work, including video content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to adapt global content to local markets with a creative and strategic approach.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
