Group Operational Risk Training Manager

About the role

The International Schools Partnership (ISP) is seeking a Group Operational Risk Training Manager to design and deliver safeguarding, safety, educational visits and boarding training across its global network of schools. Reporting to the Group Head of Operational Risk, the role will ensure consistent, engaging learning experiences for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Group Safeguarding Managers to create and update training materials that support early‑intervention safeguarding philosophy.
• Work with Group Safety Managers to develop user‑friendly safety training for school Health and Safety Coordinators and heads.
• Partner with the Operational Risk Team to produce training for educational visits and boarding, fostering strong safety cultures.
• Maintain alignment with ISP policies, code of conduct, health and safety, and legislative requirements.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned, liaising with senior leadership, contractors and consultants as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing in‑house training materials and learning experiences.
• Demonstrable knowledge of safeguarding and safety practices.
• International education experience preferred.
• Bi‑ or multilingual ability, preferably Spanish.
• Excellent communication, self‑motivation and ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to diverse cultures and situations.
