Growth Associate

About the role

Manifest is a tech‑enabled immigration law firm looking for a Growth Associate to drive new revenue for its talent‑immigration clients. You will work within a tight‑knit revenue team that treats sales as product development, collaborating closely with Legal, Marketing, and Product to shape how people experience immigration services.

Key responsibilities

• Own net‑new revenue generation for talent‑immigration customers.
• Engage founders, engineers and individuals navigating immigration to diagnose needs, map requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Build trust‑based relationships with prospective clients in partnership with Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Plan, execute and manage accounts with disciplined processes across complex customer groups.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of SDR, sales or client‑facing experience.
• Experience guiding individuals through high‑consideration decisions such as legal, financial or healthcare matters.
• Confidence leading high‑stakes, high‑trust conversations.
• Strong emotional intelligence and natural relationship‑building ability.
• Organized, methodical and capable of running cross‑functional programs end‑to‑end.
