HCM Functional Consultant

About the role

Workday is seeking an HCM Functional Consultant to join its expanding professional services team in Mexico. You will play a key part in delivering successful implementations of Workday’s human capital management solutions, ensuring they meet client business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM modules for client projects.
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for HCM Core, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits.
• Support multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering high‑quality customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of functional experience with HCM solutions (e.g., HCM Core, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Benefits).
• Prior consulting experience, either with a professional services firm or as an internal consultant.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Passion for customer service and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
