Head of Marketing & Communications

About the role

As the Head of Marketing & Communications for Kings League, you will drive brand growth, audience development, and communications across Latin America, with a focus on Mexico as a strategic market. You will shape and execute integrated marketing, content, and PR strategies that boost fan engagement, commercial performance, and brand impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a LATAM‑focused, digital‑first marketing strategy that translates global brand positioning into culturally relevant initiatives.
• Lead regional communications and PR, managing media relations, corporate messaging, reputation, and crisis communications.
• Design content and community programs to increase fan engagement, building partnerships with creators, influencers, and digital platforms.
• Drive ticketing, attendance, merchandising, and e‑commerce initiatives to grow revenue and support commercial partnerships.
• Build and manage a high‑performing marketing and communications team, oversee budgets, and continuously optimize performance metrics.

Required profile

• 8+ years of senior experience in marketing, communications, brand, or audience growth leadership.
• Proven success in scaling brand impact and community building, preferably in sports, media, entertainment, or digital platforms.
• Strong digital‑marketing expertise, including content ecosystems and creator/influencer strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated marketing, communications, and PR campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
