Head of Planning and Reporting (FP&A)

About the role

Lindt & Sprüngli Mexico is seeking a senior finance professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis function. The Head of Planning and Reporting will shape the financial roadmap, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning cycles (LE, Budget, MTP) and guarantee consistency of financial assumptions.
• Validate and challenge inputs from Commercial Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Own P&L and CAPEX reporting, consolidate results for headquarters, and prepare management presentations.
• Define and drive monthly business reviews, translating results into clear actions.
• Conduct scenario analysis, support strategic decisions and evaluate financial impact of initiatives.
• Promote digital, analytics and automation tools to improve data visibility and decision speed.
• Ensure strong financial governance, data integrity and a single source of truth.
• Lead, develop and coach the FP&A team, establishing clear roles and ways of working.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or Accounting.
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably FP&A within the FMCG sector.
• Fluent English and strong commercial mindset.
• Results‑driven with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
