High-Volume Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a driven, bilingual recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys engaging with candidates. This high‑volume recruitment role focuses on sourcing and placing talent for manufacturing, operative, administrative and customer‑service positions across Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates daily through multiple channels.
• Conduct interviews and quickly assess candidate fit.
• Submit top candidates and maintain engagement throughout the process.
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and internal clients.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high‑volume setting.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience for blue‑collar roles such as manufacturing, operations, administration or customer service.
• Conversational English ability to hold interviews and discussions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage several searches at once.
• Energetic, proactive and team‑oriented attitude.
