Key responsibilities

• Create special moments for guests and ensure they feel welcome.
• Identify guest needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Promote and sell TUI experiences, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Handle challenging situations calmly and maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and partners worldwide.
• Track sales performance, service updates and guest feedback.

What we offer

• Base salary of MXN 166,550 gross per year.
• Commission potential starting at USD 450‑600 per month, uncapped.
