About the role

We are looking for an experienced House Manager to lead on‑site operations at our boutique luxury property in Sayulita, Riviera Nayarit. The role demands a mature operational leader with a strong background in high‑end boutique hospitality, overseeing Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily execution across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments.
• Maintain operational alignment with luxury service standards and brand guidelines.
• Drive guest satisfaction through consistent, personalized service.
• Manage and develop staff, fostering a culture of disciplined leadership.
• Elevate the concierge function into a highly personalized host experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience working under luxury service standards.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong operational discipline and structured leadership capabilities.
