HR Analyst – Employee Lifecycle & Payroll

About the role

Airbus Helicopters Mexico is seeking an HR Analyst to ensure operational excellence within the Human Resources department. You will act as the primary point of contact for employees, handling the full employee lifecycle from hiring to off‑boarding while supporting payroll and attendance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate new‑hire onboarding, collect documents, create files, sign contracts and arrange day‑one tools.
• Process personnel movements such as promotions, transfers, salary adjustments and contract renewals.
• Manage off‑boarding steps, including resignation letters, severance calculations and exit interviews.
• Serve as the main HR contact for policy, benefits and employment verification inquiries.
• Escalate complex labor‑relations issues or serious grievances to the HR Business Partner.
• Capture, review and validate daily/weekly attendance, overtime, shifts and PTO.
• Register and track IMSS medical leaves and other paid/unpaid leaves of absence.
• Submit attendance and incident reports to the centralized payroll team for accurate compensation.
• Support planning, purchasing and execution of internal events and celebrations.
• Apply and contribute to the site’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and KPIs.
• Follow emergency response, incident investigation and hazard identification protocols.

Required profile

• Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Mexican labor regulations and IMSS processes.
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
