HR Analyst – Shared Services (US & Canada)

About the role

Autoliv is seeking an HR Analyst to support its Shared Services function for the United States and Canada. Based at the Querétaro Technical Center, you will work Monday‑Thursday on‑site and remotely on Fridays, providing data‑driven insights that shape workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and maintain HR data, including demographics, performance, compensation and turnover.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards and visualisations for senior management.
• Monitor compliance with labour laws and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain and optimise HRIS and related HR technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration with an HR focus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Shared Services model.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• International exposure to US and Canadian HR environments and experience with large‑scale data analysis.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) proficiency.
