HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Nature's Touch is seeking an HR and Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its growing team in Guadalajara. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support HR operations across North America, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR data management, while helping to establish the new corporate office.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on internal and external boards and review applications.
• Conduct pre‑screen interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain the recruitment tracker in ApplicantPro.
• Prepare equipment with IT, manage background and reference checks, and send onboarding documents and welcome communications.
• Organize Day 1 logistics, announce new hires, and submit onboarding packages to payroll.
• Collaborate with payroll to update employee information in HRIS for hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Support HR reporting, data pulls, and audits as needed.
• Assist with benefit enrollment for Mexican hires and provide first‑level benefit support for Canadian and U.S. employees.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a hybrid work model based in Guadalajara.
