HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Join Franke Foodservice Systems as an HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on non‑manufacturing roles. You will help build a new commercial community in San Luis Potosí, working closely with local plant HR, US and global HR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for US‑relocated, global and LATAM commercial positions.
• Source fully bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals with strong US‑facing experience.
• Build scalable talent pipelines for commercial, engineering, finance and support functions.
• Create structured hiring timelines with transparent cost breakdowns.
• Partner with local, US and global HR to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Serve as the primary HR interface for non‑manufacturing leadership, bridging plant HR, US stakeholders and Global HR.
• Monitor KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost per hire and quality of hire, and maintain predictable service level agreements.
• Support onboarding, engagement, performance management, retention and cross‑border team effectiveness.
• Establish a strong non‑manufacturing community within the plant environment and develop communication bridges with US counterparts.

Required profile

• Proven talent acquisition execution in a multinational environment.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to align priorities across borders.
• Experience recruiting bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals for commercial, engineering, finance or support roles.
• Strong advisory skills and a trusted partner mindset.
