HR Consultant – Lead HR Policy Development

About the role

The HR Consultant will drive the creation and rollout of local human resources policies that align with Kraft Heinz’s global HR framework. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role will oversee a team of HR generalists, ensuring that HR services are delivered effectively to support business operations and that policy decisions are shaped from an HR perspective.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of local HR policies that fit within overall corporate HR policies.
• Implement the approved policies across the Mexico City site.
• Manage and mentor a team of HR generalists to deliver day‑to‑day HR services.
• Support business units by providing HR guidance and influencing policy decisions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
• Proven ability to lead and coach HR generalist teams.
• Strong understanding of aligning local HR practices with global standards.
