HR Coordinator

About the role

Lumivero is seeking an organized, people‑focused HR Coordinator to serve as a key operational partner within People Operations. You will manage critical HR systems and processes that shape the employee experience from offer acceptance through the entire employment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance; conduct regular audits and generate reports on headcount, turnover, onboarding timelines, etc.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding workflows, coordinating with IT, hiring managers, payroll, and vendors to deliver a seamless experience.
• Process recruiting approvals, maintain employee files, support benefits administration, employee relations, and performance processes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses.
• Identify and drive improvements to HR processes, champion automation initiatives within HRIS and ATS platforms, and create/maintain SOPs.

Required profile

• Strong English proficiency and excellent written communication.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for clean data and efficient workflows.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, managers, and external vendors.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies applied to HR.
