HR Generalist – Global HR Service Delivery

About the role

The HR Generalist is a key member of Takeda’s Global HR Service Delivery team, providing high‑quality support across the employee lifecycle. This role blends end‑to‑end HR operations, process expertise, and digital enablement to create a human‑centric, compliant, and efficient employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities such as hiring, job changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.
• Deflect Tier 1 queries to self‑service and AI‑enabled solutions while handling Tier 2 employee and manager inquiries across multiple channels.
• Execute HR transactions accurately in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Generate and govern HR documentation using standardized templates and emerging AI‑enabled creation tools.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure consistent, timely service delivery and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or service delivery within a global organization.
• Strong understanding of global HR standards, compliance, and local regulatory requirements.
• Ability to guide people leaders through core HR processes with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
