HR Generalist

About the role

The People Team is looking for an HR Generalist based in Mexico to support daily HR operations and contribute to broader people initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and seeks to grow into more strategic HR responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate with HR, employees, and external vendors to ensure smooth, compliant processes.
• Assist Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities such as interview scheduling, candidate experience, and employee lifecycle support.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events, internal activities, and culture‑building initiatives.
• Support HR projects like process improvements, policy updates, and employee experience enhancements.
• Maintain accurate, confidential HR data and documentation.
• Partner with the HR Business Partner and People Lead to identify operational gaps and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams, adapting processes to local Mexican requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or operations‑focused role within a lean or fast‑paced environment.
• Exposure to multiple HR functions (HR Ops, TA coordination, employee engagement) is preferred.
• Experience in tech, gaming, startups, or multicultural settings is a plus.
