HR Generalist – LATAM Maternity Leave Coverage

About the role
Saint Laurent is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide maternity‑leave coverage for its LATAM operations. This fixed‑term position will ensure continuity of HR services across multiple countries in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for corporate and retail teams across several LATAM markets.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and off‑boarding.
- Coordinate recruitment for retail and corporate roles in partnership with local leaders.
- Support compensation, benefits, payroll inputs, and general HR administration.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regional HR policies.
- Keep accurate employee data, generate reports, and manage HR documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives during the coverage period.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in luxury or multi‑country retail.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor regulations.
- Highly organized, discreet, service‑oriented, and adaptable.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Workday (preferred).
