HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition & Development

About the role

As a member of Ford's Human Resources team in Mexico, you will drive the attraction, hiring, and development of talent that supports the company's bold vision for mobility. The role blends operational recruitment duties with the management of training programs and compliance, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding through ongoing development.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full recruitment cycles for hourly and salaried positions, including job postings, screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction logistics to provide a welcoming experience for new hires.
• Manage the annual training calendar, schedule internal and external courses, and align learning initiatives with business growth goals.
• Translate strategic business objectives into actionable Human Capital initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee technical, professional, and language training programs tailored to operational and administrative staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee development, preferably in a manufacturing or large‑scale corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance, onboarding processes, and training program administration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and drive cultural initiatives.
