HR Specialist

About the role

Doosan Bobcat is seeking an HR Specialist to support the HR department and business operations. The role works offset hours (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) to assist 2nd‑shift team members and ensures smooth HR processes across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate HR programs such as compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, orientation, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Handle employee relations issues, advise managers on job design, salaries, benefits, and compliance.
• Support labor relations activities, including collective bargaining assistance, grievance investigations, and monitoring labor law compliance.
• Develop and execute internal communication plans and create content for various channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
