HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist provides operational Human Resources support, focusing on benefits and compensation administration while partnering with HR Business Partners to deliver high‑quality service throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, retirement plans, savings funds, and executive mobile phone benefits.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on eligibility, enrollment, claims, and program administration, maintaining accurate benefit records and performing insurance reconciliations.
• Support compensation programs by preparing salary recommendations, participating in external surveys, calculating incentive programs, and maintaining compensation data in management systems.
• Provide operational support to HR Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding, transaction processing in HR systems, and administration of exit interviews.
• Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment for administrative and professional positions.
• Manage relationships with benefit providers, brokers, and HR vendors, including contract administration and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in benefits administration and employee program coordination.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, salary benchmarking, and incentive calculations.
• Familiarity with HR operational processes and HR information systems.
• Strong communication skills to serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
