Human Resources General Coordinator

About the role

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Human Resources General Coordinator to lead and synchronize all HR functions across its Mexican operations. The role ensures that people strategies align with business objectives while fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment for both unionized and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection for operational to managerial positions, promoting fair and inclusive hiring practices.
• Design, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs to boost employee capabilities.
• Manage labor‑relations with the union, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and transparent communication.
• Partner with supervisors and managers to strengthen leadership, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure adherence to Mexican labor law and internal HR policies.
• Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits accurately and confidentially.
• Develop and report HR metrics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and support a positive organizational culture.
• Assist internal and external audits (ISO, compliance, quality systems).
