Human Resources Generalist

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist provides comprehensive support to operations by managing labor relations, monitoring absenteeism and turnover, and overseeing employee services. The role ensures compliance with labor regulations and contributes to a stable work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for labor‑relations issues, ensuring consistent application of internal work rules and company policies.
• Monitor, analyze and improve absenteeism and turnover metrics, preparing regular reports for HR and Operations.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding, terminations and personnel changes while maintaining accurate employee records.
• Collect, validate and process payroll‑related incidents, communicating promptly with the Payroll team.
• Coordinate transportation and cafeteria services, handling employee complaints and ensuring service quality.
• Follow up on labor cases before authorities, prepare documentation for hearings and coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Assist with performance evaluation processes, scheduling assessments and consolidating results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in labor‑relations, HR administration and compliance with labor laws.
• Strong analytical abilities to track and improve absenteeism and turnover.
