Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the leadership team of a manufacturing operation. This hands‑on partner will work closely with site leaders to drive employee engagement, develop talent, and build a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead full‑cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Promote a positive employee experience through engagement programs, communication, and culture initiatives.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Develop succession plans and support leadership development programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state employment laws.
• Oversee compensation, recognition, and employee incentive programs.
• Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures consistently.
• Lead employee‑relations activities and address employee concerns promptly.
• Supervise and develop one direct report.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience partnering with operations and leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.).
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP) is a plus.
