IBM PA/Cognos TM1 Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IBM TM1 developer to design, develop, and enhance applications using IBM Planning Analytics. The role covers the full software development lifecycle and requires strong communication with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance TM1 financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams to translate requirements into design and develop finance applications.
• Create, enhance, and maintain Transformer cubes and Framework Manager models.
• Troubleshoot issues and support month‑end activities.
• Provide technical/functional support for all TM1 interfacing systems.
• Own changes from inception through production deployment, applying test‑driven development and best practices.
• Document runbooks, user training, and support materials.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to multitask across teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with dispersed regional teams.
• Experience in full SDLC and ownership of changes end‑to‑end.
• Ability to identify process gaps and drive scalability and stability improvements.
