Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end onboarding of B2B clients on our procurement and finance platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from kickoff through go‑live and ensuring they can operate the solution independently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact from initial kickoff to live production.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map clients’ procurement and financial processes and translate requirements into configured workflows.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation and migration of vendor lists, budgets, catalogs and other business data.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints for key users.
• Create structured enablement assets such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short video tutorials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and QA teams to escalate blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling business data and metrics.
• Comfort with change management and guiding corporate clients through process transformation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS, ERP or CRM systems.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
