Indirect Buyer – Procurement (USA & NTI)

About the role

The Indirect Buyer will manage sourcing activities for the USA and NTI regions, covering Marketing, HR, MRO and CAPEX categories. The role aligns procurement actions with the Group strategy, financial targets, quality standards and delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely project execution.
• Support Group procurement strategy and lead contract negotiations at both global and local levels.
• Manage order processing (P2P) in line with Group procedures, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collect and analyse supplier performance data (cost, quality, delivery).
• Identify operational and financial risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives and savings projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an indirect buying or procurement role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience delivering savings projects.
