Information Security Incident Response Manager

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for an experienced Information Security Incident Response Manager to lead the prevention, detection, and resolution of security incidents for its remote team in Mexico. You will work closely with a global network of cyber security analysts and specialists, ensuring that incidents are triaged, escalated, and resolved in line with the organization’s risk management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end incident response process, from alert triage to root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate 2nd‑level triaging of security alerts, events, and notifications.
• Maintain and enforce access‑management policies, performing regular audits and testing.
• Communicate incident status, resolution steps, and final analysis to stakeholders.
• Develop and update procedures, work instructions, and ad‑hoc processes to address identified gaps.
• Log, track, and resolve service requests related to IT infrastructure faults.
• Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends.

Required profile

• Advanced experience in information security within a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of risk‑management principles and frameworks.
• Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills for medium to complex incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
