Ingeniero de Control y Automatización (PLC/HMI)

About the role

We are looking for a Control Engineer specialized in PLC and HMI programming to support our customers and sales teams. The role combines technical problem‑solving with direct customer interaction, both on‑site and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Program and configure Keyence PLCs and HMIs for various industrial applications.
• Respond to customer and sales inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and video conference.
• Demonstrate products at customer sites and assess feasibility of requests.
• Develop technical documentation and promotional material to support sales strategies.
• Continuously expand knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, servos and related industrial equipment.
• Travel up to 40% of the time to client locations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with PLC and HMI programming.
• Engineering background in Mechatronics, Control & Automation, Robotics or similar.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Interest in working both in an office environment and on an industrial plant floor.
• Strong technical aptitude, work ethic and desire to work in a disciplined professional setting.

Required skills

• PLC programming (Keyence platforms).
• HMI programming (Keyence platforms).
• Knowledge of servos and other industrial automation components.
