About the role
The Intermediate CNC Programmer will define and optimise NC programs based on engineering and manufacturing specifications. The role supports jig and tool design, performs numerical simulations, and ensures successful integration of programs into the DNC system or directly on the machine.
Key responsibilities
- Define NC programs according to engineering and manufacturing specifications.
- Support jig and tool specification, create numerical simulations, and validate/optimise NC programs.
- Develop tests and integrate NC programs into the distribution system (DNC) or on‑machine under production supervision.
- Participate in demonstration tests together with work preparation, quality and production teams.
Required skills
- NC programming and CNC programming expertise.
- Numerical simulation and validation of machining processes.
- Experience with DNC integration and distribution systems.
- Knowledge of jig and tool specification.
