Internal Audit Manager – LATAM

About the role

Join Mars as an Internal Audit Manager for the LATAM region, reporting to the LATAM Internal Audit Sr. Manager. You will lead operational, strategic, and financial audits while supporting the delivery of the annual audit plan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures, develop criteria, review evidence, and document processes.
• Conduct walkthroughs, testing, and prepare detailed workpapers.
• Identify audit issues, develop recommendations, and communicate findings to senior management.
• Follow up on remediation actions and track management response.
• Support or lead regional/global audit initiatives focused on governance and control improvements.
• Represent Internal Audit in finance and controller communities to share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of external or internal audit experience, preferably in Big 4 or FMCG.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, or CFE) preferred or in progress.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
