Investment Counselor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. You will review AI responses, test complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Assess the logical reasoning and factual correctness of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and complex financial problems.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to guide model updates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed advanced degree (MBA or higher) preferred, but not mandatory.
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, or related finance roles.
