IT Operations Analyst II

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking an IT Operations Analyst II to analyze, design, and implement solutions that improve IT systems and processes. The role involves providing technical support, conducting simulations to resolve problems, and documenting procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot IT Standard Systems, identifying and resolving technical issues while optimizing performance.
• Design, develop, and deploy new or improved IT infrastructure solutions in collaboration with other TEIS towers.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies for suitability, considering compliance, compatibility, cost, and benefits.
• Provide guidance and technical support to end‑users on IT Standard systems and applications.
• Support infrastructure needs for BIMIT solutions based on the BIMIT Framework.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior executives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist security initiatives, adhere to TEIS policy, and support audit activities.
• Manage IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2‑4 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on root‑cause identification.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and stakeholders.
• Project management capability to plan, execute, and monitor IT projects.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across TEIS teams and towers.
• Fluent oral and written English.
