IT Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for Technology Roles

About the role

Epicor is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and deliver end‑to‑end talent acquisition for technology positions. You will drive both strategic and tactical recruiting activities, ensuring a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for a fast‑growing organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using social media, ATS, employee referrals, career fairs and direct outreach.
• Act as a resource for internal employees interested in open positions.
• Educate hiring managers on the hiring process and coordinate with HR COEs and other stakeholders.
• Conduct phone interviews, qualify candidates and present recommendations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers across multiple functions and locations.
• Maintain and update the Epicor Applicant Tracking System.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on job boards, internal ATS and social media platforms.

Required profile

• Prior experience recruiting for IT roles (developers, functional, infrastructure).
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and offer‑closing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
