IT Specialist Business Support

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, business‑oriented IT professional to join our Front‑Office and Business Intelligence team. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing key business applications and reporting solutions that drive operational performance across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute IT projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with regional teams, global stakeholders, and external partners.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Latin America to gather requirements, define solutions, and support system enhancements and new initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business expectations and organizational priorities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support the design and implementation of technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain project documentation following established project management standards.
• Identify potential risks early and drive resolution through collaboration and escalation.
• Coordinate and perform testing activities to ensure systems and enhancements meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, helping them effectively utilize applications and reporting tools.
• Plan and support change‑management activities related to system updates and new implementations.
• Build strong knowledge of front‑office applications and reporting tools to provide informed recommendations.
