Key responsibilities

• Assist professionals in resolving technical issues via email, phone, and Jira.
• Troubleshoot computers and related hardware.
• Manage hardware procurement and building security card administration.
• Perform general office and hardware maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk role.
• Familiarity with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
