About the role
Join BairesDev’s internal Help Desk team as an IT Support Analyst, providing technical assistance to users worldwide. This remote position offers the chance to work with a diverse, top‑tier tech talent pool while developing your career in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist professionals in resolving technical issues via email, phone, and Jira.
- Troubleshoot computers and related hardware.
- Manage hardware procurement and building security card administration.
- Perform general office and hardware maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an internal Help Desk role.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, macOS, Android, AWS, and networking concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
