IT Support Analyst – Tier 2 Facility Systems

About the role

Bosch is seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 2 support for facility computer systems, desktops, laptops and peripherals across its regional locations. You will act as the local representative of the central IT organization, ensuring optimal performance of hardware and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain, upgrade and replace hardware while ensuring optimal performance.
• Perform on‑site diagnosis and resolution of moderate PC problems for a variety of users.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes and assets using the corporate-wide tool.
• Provide training and support on computer operation and approved training courses.
• Gather business requirements from internal departments and liaise with central teams to develop suitable IT solutions.

Required profile

• Strong technical knowledge of IT client hardware and hands‑on troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals and procedural documentation.
• Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Capacity to analyse complex situations and deliver solutions under pressure.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
