IT Support Specialist – Onsite End‑User & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide onsite assistance for end‑users, manage office IT infrastructure, and handle asset lifecycle activities. The role combines hands‑on technical work with coordination of third‑party vendors and remote support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals across Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Provision, deploy, replace and decommission IT equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and user‑related issues, escalating to Level 2 when needed.
• Support office IT services including network connectivity, printing, voice, AV and workplace technologies.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot switches, routers, access points and related infrastructure equipment.
• Assist with smart‑office solutions, digital signage and conference‑room technologies.
• Coordinate vendor activities, scheduled maintenance and warranty repairs.
• Conduct inventory audits, manage asset labeling, imaging and disposal in line with compliance policies.
• Support office moves, hardware refreshes, equipment relocations and technology deployments for business events.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices and printers.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, access points).
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory control.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote teams and vendors.
